Description
This small annual species is distinguished by the inflorescence being shorter than the leaves.
Distribution
The FNA manuscript gives its range as New Mexico and Mexico with no elaboration on frequency or abundance. It is known from 2 collections in NM.
Habitat
This species occupies relatively dry open slopes and meadows in P-J and ponderosa pine woodlands.
